hello first of all
ima robot is listed with kill hannah and the sounds for february 15th
http://therave.com/eventinfo.asp?ID=1478
but that's the day after they are scheduled in brussels....in which case it seems a bit crazy just to come back to play a small bar in milwaukee.
can anyone confirm this date or not? it would be a part of the sounds tour which includes the metro in chicago on the 17th.
i'll be making the trip to see kill hannah but if i could see jmj too i might as well die of happiness..

Ooh, interesting! Well, it would not be out of the question that they would fly back for it, Brussels must be, what, like 8 hours ahead? So flying
back they would arrive relatively early on the15th.
We've heard the upcoming tour is going to be crazy. I wouldn't be surprised if they're playing both dates. Let me get back to you.

fools haha

Okay, checking the standard midwest tour stops. They're also listed as playing with The Sounds and Kill Hannah February 16th at The Quest (yelp
of glee) in Minneapolis!

I'll update the tour page, assuming they're doing the crazy jetlagged perf right after Europe, until I hear otherwise...

What does Kill Hannah stink? I checked out their website and it looks like alot of fans on their message board are really looking forward to seeing
Ima Robot. I hope they tour here. I'll give KH a chance, they look like they may be fun.
I also think The Sounds will be fun. The singer is hot, and did you see the cute little boys backing her up? Damn..... I like the video for
"Living in America". Kind of cheesey, but fun! I really hope this tour comes through the Baltimore, DC area.

What I'm worried about is another 5pm set time for Ima Robot, when people are still at work or on the road. Maybe they'll go on second, at
least, this time around.

KH is my favorite band.. shares the rank with Radiohead and Beck. they're great hehe
i've seen em... 20 some odd times in the past year all across the country.
If anyone here wants to try some KH stuff, I'd be happy to burn them a cd or two and mail it to them free of charge. ( I do this all the time)

any word on why this date is cancelled?
too bad
draconian - 2-6-2004 at 05:34 PM
Nope. Just that they're joining the tour in Minneapolis, hopefully that one goes off without a hitch!

no kidding...
not that they're missing anything in milwaukee haha.
