Just found out that the band is called Space. The song is called 'Female of the Species' and can be found on their album
'Spiders', released in 1997.

They're a Scouse band that had quite a few biggish hits then just all of a sudden stopped selling records and for some unknown reason nobody
liked them any more.. They're playing the Metro in London this Tuesday...
