I ate some bar-b-cue'd eel today (unagi nigiri sushi) and my companion ...maybe in trying to figure it out said it tastes like chicken...I never met an eel that I ate that I said it taste like chicken ...maybe because it looks like chicken...but it's definately eel, most definately eel...right on rainman!:P

I can do chicken & turkey, not too much more........you know, it doesn't look like it lived at one time and I like it that way. Oh, and steak is another story. I know..I hate Thanksgiving cuz the turkey looks like a turkey as you're slicing it up!! Now give me turkey breasts or whatever in a package and I can do those cuz it doesn't look like the animal..In my cooking class, we had to watch this film about preparing a roasted chicken and I had to turn away when he was sticking his hand up it cuz it looked pornographic!! And he kept spreading the legs!!! Ick..

Worms on toast. The one and only time for me. Hare testicles on a "semen sauce". I stood for a while watching them being tossed on a hot plate. " I shot the bastards myself", said the chef. They couldn't keep up with the demand. The testicles were gristly, chewy and nothing like the larger mountain oysters (sheep testicles).
