i went to curiosa last night in sacto. man, there wasnt a lot of people there. i looked around and there were a lot of empty seats. then on the floor
it was only half full. if you ask me, a little disrespectful to the cure.
anyway...im super mad i didnt get to head over to the 2nd stage and see head automatica and cursive. i snuck down on the floor so i couldnt leave,
becuase chances are i wouldnt be able to get back down.
the rapture is so AWESOME! they have great energy on stage. everyone should go get their cd... now....do it.
interpol was just...wow. really really great.
by the time the cure came on i wanted to die. i was standing for 5-6 hours and was soooo tired. my friend actually passed out for some reason so we
had to carry him out of the crowd. we were right in the front too.
but the cure was so amazing. it was my first time seeing them and they were great.
so thats my little review of the show.....TurtleEnterprises - 8-30-2004 at 12:20 PM
How big was the venue were the tickets pricey? I wouldnt pay alot no matter who the band was for some cheapy seats. Maybe that's why it wasnt
packed.chiefkaterina - 8-30-2004 at 02:16 PM
its a pretty big place, seats about 17,000.
tickets were $50 but with taxes and all that crap it was about $60.
it probably wasnt packed b/c sacramento sucks, and the music scene here sucks too.TurtleEnterprises - 8-30-2004 at 03:09 PM
