If anyone (cough, Vin) hears of a boot of this show, please let me know of its existence! The Erotic City cover has me dizzy with the
possibilities...seacaptain - 1-25-2003 at 06:43 AM
I was kinda hoping maybe Phobiac's Tivo caught it?draconian - 1-25-2003 at 07:42 AM
I didn't even think of that. Thank god for smart machines. Phobiac, did you get the Sundance coverage?Phobiac - 1-25-2003 at 09:59 AM
Stupid Machines!
It didn't. I'll check the Sundance channel and try to grab it.

Maybe if Justin sees this -- what was the setlist like?Phobiac - 1-25-2003 at 02:26 PM
There's an award ceremony on the Sundance Channel that I will capture tonight. Maybe it's on there?
Since it made no mention of "Beck" the Tivo didn't capture it.
I'll keep you posted.

Ok..I am seriously annoyed that those stinking Hollywood types got to see this show and not us common folk..Grrr..dnewton - 1-28-2003 at 01:24 PM
Man, that's an amazing setlist. I sure hope some recording of it comes out. Does the Sundance Channel often repeat stuff?

Hey guys, so I still haven't heard of a copy of Sundance floating around yet... but here's the next best thing... from the February 14 2003 show in
Hoboken... Beck's "Erotic City"!
It's part of a fuller medley of funk songs, that's why it starts like that.
I just got the show in right as I'm heading away for the weekend. So I'd rather this link stay here, not be posted on the Beck BBS right yet... I'm
not quite ready to trade the show, so let's keep it among Ima Robot fans (as Justin and Joey are on the song).

Nice. I have been waiting to hear this for a while. I'm visualizing the Prince dance moves in the song breaks. Thanks and have a fun trip! Go
Lakers!seacaptain - 5-2-2003 at 10:55 AM
Yea I know you have! The whole medley is fun, I'm surprised how much of "Hot in Herre" he did.. it wasn't just the chorus! I'll put the rest up when
I get home.
Thanks, we're just going down to Cape Cod for the weekend. 3 of my friends are finishing med school and moving back to California in a couple of
weeks. My brother is moving back too. And I'll be moving in a couple of months, so it's one last big hangout before we all go our ways for a few
years. RiffRaff - 5-2-2003 at 02:42 PM
