:) my fav right now is southern belles in london sing. love the lyrics.. and wet from birth (the song) honestly made me cry after one year of dry eyes..

draconian - 12-7-2004 at 12:58 PM

My favorite line of theirs is from Desperate Guys:
"I was acting indifferent at the merch booth, putting on makeup"

(see makeup thread)

Jette - 12-21-2004 at 06:34 AM

literally. surely the entrance fee will be around 35 euros - for some reason these bright eyes are way too popular.

Jette - 5-24-2005 at 09:35 AM

E20!

i hope they do a song together.. really, how they were once making the same music i dont understand

corkey16 - 5-24-2005 at 11:04 AM

Anyone of you like the band Brainiac? I know alot of Faint fans also like Brainiac or Enon too.

draconian - 5-26-2005 at 06:33 AM

The nice thing about their shows with Bright Eyes is they have been hitting the stage early so that they can play a full set. Also, they start with Agenda Suicide (their traditional closer). They played a cover of November 1945 at the show I went to, though I was hoping for their Talking Heads "Psycho Killer" rendition.

Jette - 5-26-2005 at 07:59 AM

hehe im going there with my bf, who didnt yet know their music so i hope he liked it a bit, so that wed both be having fun that night.
he totally freaked out of enthousiasm

What really sucks is...

Neuwave - 8-5-2005 at 04:22 AM

Sometimes I have no idea what song makes a band immortal, but luckily I actually know what makes this band special...One time I was leaving Q-Topia listening to them, and people practically hopped through my sunroof to listen to these guys. A neighbor once proclaimed, "If you don't know who the faint are, I refuse to talk to you..."

That is the way you get a band to stick in someones' head.

I'll never forget that...Her name was Lauren...

ToxicAvenger27 - 7-3-2009 at 10:32 AM

ive got a bunch of these guys, very good stuff. I was a little disappointed with Fascination though, only The Geeks Were Right caught my attention off that one. but Danse Macabre and Wet From Birth are awesome. Now if only i could find blank-wave arcade...
