Neu-Rant

Neuwave - 2-5-2005 at 08:54 PM

First of all, I just finished watching the Matrix “I & II”, and now I understand Justins’ enthusiasm for part “III”. I also understand his request for an Escalade sittin’ on twenties. After seeing part “II”, I’ve had a craving for a CTS Targa (which is non-existent). I still haven’t seen ‘Team America’ yet, but I will soon.

Second, the “Trio” cable channel is the shit. There’s a show called ‘Parking Lot’ that was very cool today. They take a video camera to all the fans of people like 50-cent, Y****, and the Republican Party in New York 2004, etc. Pretty cool. I totally agree with the young republican who got his “Anti-Kerry” button snatched from his shirt by a protester. Never physically invade personal space no matter what.

Third, “Fuck That!” gays can’t have the rainbow! I’m taking it back!

Fourth, Alicia Keyes? Let me just say that I’d like to (bleep) your (bleep), and (bleep) all over your (bleep), and simply (bleep) in your “bleepness”

Fifth, ‘The Futureheads’ may have just saved my life.

Oh yeah, and VAUDEVILLE is coming back.

OK, good night to all, and to all a "shut up!" :D

JunoRedneck - 2-5-2005 at 09:00 PM

ok...

EvilMotivator - 2-5-2005 at 10:01 PM

The Futureheads are awesome, but I wouldn't go as far as to say they saved my life. Other than that, I guess all I have to say is I love rainbows.

RiffRaff - 2-6-2005 at 12:48 AM

"Well, you know, you'll just be sitting there, minding your own business, and they'll come marching in, and crawl up your leg and start biting the inside of your ass. And you'll be all like AY! Get out of my ass you stupid rainbows!"

minimandy14 - 2-6-2005 at 10:38 AM

ummmm. . . . . . yea, totally . . . . .agree?

No. Literally. I was in a record store yesterday, and about to leave when I heard their song, and decided to stop, and listen, because they sounded a lot like DEVO, then as I'm listening, and looking out the front door a meteor the size of a volkswagen landed right outside the door where I would've been standing.  :D

Seriously, I tend to overstate things. :D

poobs - 2-6-2005 at 02:17 PM

We have a saying in my house.."The gays don't own the rainbows"..

minimandy14 - 2-6-2005 at 06:14 PM

I LIKE RAINBOWS. . . . . !

7cut - 2-7-2005 at 05:26 AM

Team America wasn´t that funny....well, not as funny as in the terms of South Park i think.
but well produced and after all worth a see.

Compost Rec. went for a "Betriebsausflug" / "works outing" (i didn´t even know that term existed in my boss´ vocabulary) last Friday. Toboggan race and i managed to win ...totally soaked and snow everywhere. and what did i win: a dinner with my boss ... but now i got this record bag also...which IS useful

--picture taken down coz of surreptitious advertising and bitching reasons and has been replaced with the innocent image of a white dove to sort of symbolize peace ...

and hell yes, i know who scott is ... i´m used to Waronker. that´s all.

poobs - 2-7-2005 at 06:23 AM

Then take it off..It's annoying..

7cut - 2-7-2005 at 07:42 AM

poobs just grumbles grumbles grumbles ...
drink a lager! i´m soon gonna be a +1000 poster.

Very annoying..
Maybe she's only learnt to put stupid pictures on and not off yet..

7cut - 2-7-2005 at 08:28 AM

....says the man with the most awful avatar on here.

I think you'll find that's the one with the little girl twitching with the green background..

EvilMotivator - 2-7-2005 at 09:51 AM

I'm going to have to go with the twitchy avatar is horrendous, and always has been.

JunoRedneck - 2-7-2005 at 10:29 AM

 I like this thread...

minimandy14 - 2-7-2005 at 11:03 AM

 me too. . . .

poobs - 2-7-2005 at 04:05 PM

Ditto on the twit in the green avatar..And since when is being annoyed because of a ginormous picture that is stretching the whole damn thread considered grumbling? It's called courtesy and it should be taken down..Or sized down..Either way, it's rude to leave it up..

RiffRaff - 2-7-2005 at 04:16 PM

That 7cut is such a sour kraut.

JunoRedneck - 2-7-2005 at 04:19 PM

It is rude. It makes the comments go off the screen and I have to scroll over. Plus, it's been made pretty clear that the pictures are annoying. I think 7cut just comes on here to talk about herself and make enemies. I'm tired of it. I mean, she didn't even know who Scott was  Sorry, I'm not in a good mood. But bad mood or not, it's still annoying :duh: And who is so self-absorbed that their avatar is a tribute to themselves? I mean c'mon.

poobs - 2-7-2005 at 04:29 PM

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

minimandy14 - 2-7-2005 at 07:22 PM

BURN!

Yea peoples avatars should be devoted to hot men. . . . like Harison Ford :D he is like the sexiest man alive. . . . . .

JunoRedneck - 2-7-2005 at 07:29 PM

I've decided he is the ultimate pop icon, because he's Indiana Jones and Han Solo. Talk about awesome.

7cut - 2-8-2005 at 12:36 AM

It´s not my intention to make enemies ....it´s an annoying side effect.

7cut - 2-8-2005 at 12:41 AM

i feel proscribed. sort of.

(oh no,i´m talking about myself again)

minimandy14 - 2-8-2005 at 04:17 PM

dude yes, thats why i LOVE Harison Ford, Hans Solo, AND Indiana Jones DUDE it doesn't get any better than that. . . . . .

I have come to the conclusion that this is the only decent picture of Hans Solo on the web. . . . . . its kinda sad, he was/is(for and old guy) such a hottie

and yet you still havn't taken the picture off. . . . . . .

JunoRedneck - 2-8-2005 at 04:55 PM

 my thoughts exactly. And as for Harrison Ford, definitely a hottie back in the day. I like that picture, he looks confused. I like my men confused... I guess.

EvilMotivator - 2-8-2005 at 07:06 PM

I was in class yesterday and saw this guy with a beanie on across the room and thought he looked pretty hot. When I looked back over a couple minutes later, he had taken the beanie off, and I realized he had grey hair. I laughed really hard.

7cut - 2-9-2005 at 12:34 AM

what indiana jones movie is your favourite?
"indiana jones and the last crusade" would be mine. that reminds me ...had its computer game and another one titled "indiana jones and the fate of atlantis". lucasarts stuff i think. *sigh* lucas arts games. ooh, the days of Sam and Max freelance police, day of the tentacle etc.

It's always interesting to come back, and see where a thread has gone. I kind of admire 7cut's ability to remain diplomatic under such scrutiny. Wish I could. I quickly become defensive. I go back n' forth on this character flaw of mine. :D

Haha, my dad likes Y****.

bananaboat - 2-9-2005 at 02:35 PM

It's weird that he likes Y**** 'cause my dad's Asian and Y**** has long hair.

bananaboat - 2-9-2005 at 02:37 PM

:o Whoa I didn't censor that

poobs - 2-9-2005 at 02:46 PM

I don't understand why some one would feel "comfy" in a place where no one likes him/her. Ah well.

JunoRedneck - 2-10-2005 at 01:44 PM

you know nothing! no soup for you!

minimandy14 - 2-10-2005 at 03:05 PM

does anyone really like anyone that they only know on the internet?

batcave_baby - 2-10-2005 at 07:11 PM

NO. There is only hatred in the soul of the cold internet dweller.

minimandy14 - 2-10-2005 at 07:29 PM

. . . . . . . . I agree?. . . . . . . .

Don't you know that the internet is the number one place to find your true love?

minimandy14 - 2-10-2005 at 09:00 PM

oh yea, ugly desprate people finding other ugly desprate people to make ugly desprate people love.

7cut - 2-11-2005 at 12:59 AM

oh, the dangers of the internet ...just think on that German canibalism `murder` case of last year..no, already two years ago i think. those guys met in a canibalism forum. "male, 39, would like to be grilled alive and eaten by a willing master." his penis was chopped off and fried in a pan and both of them tasted it ...eating your own penis? sick sick sick.

Jette - 2-11-2005 at 04:27 AM

that is totally uncomparable. those guys were both on internet to erm, cannibalize, and i havent yet seen a thread asking for anyone to be eaten around here.

....hmmm *uses search engine*

minimandy14 - 2-11-2005 at 06:45 AM

ewe, see i told you not only ugly desprate people but crazy insane people.
