I'm going to San Jose in the summer, and I want to buy some Vans and Chuck Taylors. Do you guys have any suggestions as to where I should buy them? What's a good place that sells them at reasonable prices?

They sell them just about everywhere. They have a separate Vans store most places and Chuck Taylor's you can get at any shoe store. It should be a piece of cake.

i guess thatīs why VANS decided to produce white ones ...so that people could decorate `em themselves...since in white only they look a bit too plain and would get dirty too easily. what shall i spray-paint on ? a lot of 7 ? the ima "i" ? something beck-ish? or all mixed together in a colourful blend ? i love slip-ons ...theyīre so damn comfy.

i donīt esp. like the checkerboard ones ...i just wanted to post some random pair of slip-ons. already have the pink skull/crossbones ones, the furry leopard ones and the ones with checkerboard and cherries on `em. they might have been around in the states for quite some time but itīs only been last summer we got word here. :lol: europeīs often a couple of years behind.

Go to Steven's Creek Surplus Store on Steven's Creek Blvd. It's about 5 minutes away from my house, and sells vans and chucks really cheap! :)
