I know..I think I'm going to have to miss this tour though..I'm bummed, but I've seen him at some small ass venues and so damn many
times..I think I'll live..:D7cut - 5-17-2005 at 11:31 PM
Neuwave bought "Guero" only now ? shocking that is. usher on your head. And do you like it and its Mao-esque Deluxe artwork? Hansenīs got
some Westcoast dates coming up with Le Tigre opening. On the Munich date in June it says that either a band named Superdriller or The Eagles Of Death
Metal are gonna open. I havenīt heard of both bands yet but i hope for the latter ....bands with "super" in their name are usually way too
over-expected ...and end up lousy.

the eagles of death metal are a side project of josh homme, and pretty damn cool that isNeuwave - 5-18-2005 at 08:33 AM
Hey guys! I still haven't finished it yet. I'm only to number 6 which I think is called "Earthquake Weather". That one blew me
away while cruising to Yucaipa yesterday. I heard some straight up Isley Bros. in that shit. I'm going to see Love, Lies, Sleeping in Hollywood tonight, so I should have ample time to listen to poobs suggestions on the way.
Usher? 7 you crack me up, and yeah the art is very bizarre as is Beck.7cut - 5-18-2005 at 08:48 AM
"yeah"
Neuwave - 5-18-2005 at 08:55 AM
I just remembered something else I thought about the Dust Brothers. They must have a lot of samples still hanging around from "Check Your
Head". And I'm only on Track 6.
Whoops make that Paul's Boutique. Well, you know what I mean.

Cruising to Yucaipa? Why in the world? :P
I like the second half of Guero better than the first, myself.Bear - 5-18-2005 at 09:25 AM

Get your tickets now for Devo L.A. - August 6th and 7th at House of Blues, I believe. Pricey but I think will be worth it!LostCoast - 5-19-2005 at 12:26 PM
Was there any doubt?
Beck was on Nightline? I thought that was a boring news show on when no one would watch it. I'm a Conan addict, so I wouldn't have
noticed.Neuwave - 5-20-2005 at 09:30 AM

I came on here just now to say this, and some mystery person has beat me too it. Who are you Luke Skywalker?
In fact I'm going to my car right now to pull it out of the changer, and bring it inside to listen to, but just Earthquake Weather right now,
because I can't stop listening to it over & over.Neuwave - 5-20-2005 at 10:19 AM
Girl is great too.

So what's your take on the lyrics? We have cyanide, summer, sonar, sun-eyed, son or girl..I think he sings it different ways live now,
too..It's very odd..
