i think they´s already been a topic on them started by Dyler Plummer, wasn´t there? anyway, seen a picture of `em and they look quite trashy / Guns´n roses ...which is very good. what´s the music like? don´t have time checking their homepage today...

Poobs wouldn't know music unless it's Beck,Bjork or ImaRobot of which the first two are shit.. Towers of London are superb.. Ithink they're playing a couple of festivals in |Germany this weekend ??

They're no more posuers than anyone else in a band.. The idea of any band is to get noticed and to make it.. So what if they go the extra mile and dress up or do their hair or whatever..
Didn't you say you like the Flaming Lips too? Why do they have costumes etc..

I love the Flaming Lips..They don't dress up..Sometimes in an animal costume, but that's just for laughs..These guys are too "hard-core" for words.. :rolleyes:

You should see the controversy they cause over here.. like i said people who have never heard them slag them off rotten.. They put on a fantastic show live and how they act on stage is completely different to how they are off stage.. It's called entertainment.. They just played at the Rock am ring ?? festival in Germany yesterday.. Have a look and see if there are any reviews of them anywhere..

mtv germany had live coverage from rock am ring / rock im park but i don´t think they broadcast the whole festival. think beck is playing the southside festival this friday at like 11pm.......next day he´s gonna be in munich....hell yeeeees. but staying in the topic - weird, i couldn´t come upon any online German Towers Of London reviews. as usual, we´re damn late. :D
