Going to brag for a sec..

So, since some of you have kind of been there for Brody's childhood, I thought I'd share the latest example of his awesomeness..They had this "in-house" poet come to their school last week and teach them about poetry and blah blah blah..They do it every year, which is pretty damn sweet..So then the kids get a theme and write a poem about that theme..Brody's class had colors, so he did his about the color Blue..Teachers from every class had to pick one kid to read their poem at this poetry night thing and he picked Brody!! He had to get up on this stage and read his poem to a ton of parents and kids!! I was so proud..:D

That song reminds me of being in Florida. I don't know why. But, yeah, that's awesome for Brody!!! Congrates!!!. :D I want some ice cream.

Brody loves that song..:yes: If I can spend the time to type it up, I'll stick it up here..but it's really pretty damn long..My favorite part is..

Holy crap..I just got this email from his teacher..

Hello. I just wanted to write you a quick note on
Brody's progress thus far. He has shown plenty of
growth when it comes to social behavior. I appreciate
his hard work in that area. He is also doing a good
job of being responsible when it comes to his
assignments for all content area. Keep up the good
work of supporting him at home. Have a good Sunday.

I think Brody gets ice cream tonight..:D

Seriously..This is after his 4th R staff chick told me on Friday how good he is..Not that he wasn't always, but that she's just totally noticed that his attitude is gone..I don't know what's happening, but I like it..:saint:

tee hee hee, that eiffel 65 tune was the best one that italo-disco ever spawned.. i loved it back then! gotta search for it in the crate with the 1000 old cd's..
