It's off to my first day at my new job I go!! Well, not right now..That would suck to start work at 6:40 pm..But as of tomorrow morning, I'm
a full-time working woman again! AND, I didn't need my stupid temp lady to get me this one! I interviewed on Tuesday and blew their fucking socks
off with my charm and wit and intelligence..They called on Thursday to offer the job to me..:D
Aaaanyways, just wanted to share the news..:duh:

Talking about xmas.............(is it just
us Germans who celebrate santa claus
day and start off every December day by opening our advent calendar for a daily guilty pleasure of chocolate?)
In Paris, vin chaud (= Glühwein = Glow wine) and xmas markets are so hard to find...whereas in Germany you can get sloshed everywhere. aaah, the
French are driving me crazy - in a negative way. You know, you go to tourist "sensations" like the catacombs or wanna get info on the subway
and it´s all like "Wii dön´t spiiek Iinglesh, sörry!" And at butcheries they have pigeons and they generally don´t cut off the heads i mean
with chickens, geese etc. URRRRGH. leave the head on and pluck the rest of the poor animal and so they lie around with their blurry eyes....argh. been
to Versailles but no Louie XIII. no wait, not the 13th, it was Louie the 14th? oh anyway..
