Spring is here and there's lots going on!
Hope all of you who came to see Ima Robot at House of Blues had a good time. I was pretty blown away by the love we received from the audience, so
thank you very much. We released a 9-song independent EP at the show that will be available soon - check the Ima Robot Myspace page for info.
Just recorded with They Might Be Giants for their upcoming new record, that was fun.
I'm playing at the Coachella Music Festival on April 30th with Gnarls Barkley, the band project of Dangermouse and C-Lo. It should be really
cool. I've also been charged with the task of assembling the backing band, which will include a string section and background singers.
This week, I am mixing the Canon album, and we should have that in the can by Friday or Saturday. Nice!
Stay dry,
JMJ

Out of concern for our friends across the pond it's nice to hear they're making they're ep available through their myspace.

As someone who's been to the post office 8 times in the last 5 days, I am also happy they will be selling it on myspace.

Where did you get this update from?
On JMJ's site there is an update like this, but missing all the Ima Robot info. Has he since removed it?
I'm thinking he has perhaps edited as there isn't any EP-related info on their MySpace yet...
I'm confused!

I think this is the best news ive heard all week...so glad they aren't just selling the ep at shows as im dying to hear some of the new stuff,
but being in the uk i think its very unlikely i'll get to one of thier shows. Just hope they update their myspace soon!:D

Are you still requiring pre-paid postage mailers? If so, I think that may be a little tricky...
