well the obvious Mellowdrone were as exciting as watching a pig taking a crap, but Ima Robot seemed in good spirits both nights but quite a bit more excited the second night.the setlists were pretty much the same.there was one unknown son both nights,as with Tumblin Down and creeps me out was played the second night along with black jettas.the second night was funny as alex sang the line from tumblin down to the security guard(you stupid prick)with the security guard having no clue why the audiencve was laughing at him.also the scond night was quite funny when mellowdrone asked if the crowd was ready for Ima Robot and the crowd just erupted then they asked who's ready for she wants revenge, and maybe one person clapped.it was hillarious.i cant wait to listen to my recordings of the shows.(hopefully they actually turned out better than the last 2 times i saw the robot.anyways, bye for now

I believe, not certain here, that Mellowdrone was the opener for Ima Robot at one of the old Viper Room industry showcases back in 2001 or 2002...

During the Vancouver show when Alex picked up the Chair from the back and carried it to the front I thought for a minute he was going to throw it at the moshers. Thanksfully I was wrong.

Tumbling Down is my new favorite Sing-a-long-Song.

Haha, I remember that cheer for Ima, and then the response for She Wants Revenge.

That show was great! Man, even afterward, I went out for Ethiopian with Alex!
