Popscene (SF) show tonight!

Just got home from Popscene! Ah, what a fantastic night! FINALLY seeing them again after over 2.5 years (the last time was the Slim's show in SF)! So I brought my camera, but I didn't end up taking any pictures because I was a couple people back from the front row and we were really packed in there. I ended up having to just put the camera back in my bag because I couldn't even get a good grip on it because my hands were so sweaty! We got absolutely drenched...and that hasn't happened to me at a concert in a long time, so that's saying something! In fact, the whole crowd was loving them. I go to Popscene a lot and it hasn't been that crazy in a really long time! I don't remember the setlist, but it was a good one. The only song that I really wanted to hear that they didn't play was "Philosophofee". But otherwise, great set. At one point Alex somehow cut the skin above his eyebrow when he was rolling around on the ground, and he started bleeding!

Ahh...all I can say is that it was definitely worth the wait! Hopefully it won't be another 2.5 years before they come back again...

Oh yeah, my friend took some pictures and I think a few video clips so I'll post those when he sends them...

Right, off to take a nice, cold shower now!

How dare you forget to mention that you got to see poobs again!!! :ticking::D Ahhh fuck..3 hours of sleep and now off to work..But it was totally worth it..By the middle of the show it looked like I had just gotten out of the shower..Gross, but oh so much fun!! I think it was the microphone that Alex cut himself on..The blood on his eyelid was awesome.. For me, it was awesome seeing my friend Summer see them for the first time and LOVE them..And we met these amazing people in line who were seeing them for the first time, too..It was so great..Ok..Off to work..This is weak..

So apparently they're coming back to popscene! No set date but I think it'll be sometime in September or October. All I know is that I'll be there!
