IMAKFRIED - 2-3-2008 at 04:37 PM

Sarbear - 2-5-2008 at 08:39 AM

I dont think I'm voting now...My vote would have been for ron paul.

IMAKFRIED - 2-5-2008 at 04:15 PM

Why are people so against bush. I mean first, its not his decision that we go to war, second, if he didn't get yelled at he would still get yelled at for not going to war. That's why i would never want to be president. You get yelled at no matter what you do. YOU TRY RUNNING A FUCKING COUNTRY. And wow about 2000 troops died over there and people yell at bush (im not saying that that's no a lot but...) while in the civil war, over 7,000 died in JUST ONE BATTLE and no body yelled at Lincoln. He's one of the most respected presidents now.

SKG - 2-5-2008 at 05:34 PM

but lincon wasn't a douche and try and finish his fathers war. bush jr. only went to iraq to finish what bush senior started.

bush wanted to go to war.

Are you serious? You have to be one of the most ignorant people I know or you are not very educated.

I did get a laugh at how you mentioned he's one of the most respected presidents.. For fucks sake he has an approval rating below 30%, that is the second lowest in the history of presidents...

IMAKFRIED - 2-5-2008 at 08:30 PM

Who voted for hillary!?!?!?!?!?!

Dude hells yes! I'm totally not saying that bush is the greatest president alive but he's doing alot better than some and 2000 people in one war really isn't alot of people for a war. And you look at the economy (not now no) But last year it was at it's highest point in god knows how long. There's all this "anti-bush" propoganda out there that no one wants to actually look at the good stuff that he's done. and FYI it's not Bush's decision on whether or not we go to war, he doesn't have that control, the president doesn't decide that no no. Congress does. SO if you're pissed about the war bitch at your Congressman. And as for a surg of troops that Bush wants, that is just fuckin' great becasue if we just pull our troops out now, how the fuck would you feel if you knew that you just went in there fucked everything up and didn't do shit to fix the problem??? I'd feel pretty shitty. And as for it working, when they did the surg before, it did improve things over there. And if you're thinking I'm some "ignorant redneck" or some "dumbass that doesn't look at all the facts" all have you know that my Stepdad is in the Navy and he's been over there, I'm a very politically aware person, and you dumbasses should just be glad that the country didn't vote in John Kerry because he was a whole hell of a lot worse then Bush.

Ranting over.

one person is too many

minimandy14 - 2-6-2008 at 02:57 PM

Compared to the amount of people that they were killing over there just for no reason.

If you want peace, prepare for war.

beedun - 2-6-2008 at 03:32 PM

2,000+ US Troops dead and 80,000+ Iraqi civilians dead.

George Bush is mainly responsible for this.

Go ahead and don't blame him for it, , he IS the commander in chief after all........

IMAKFRIED - 2-6-2008 at 03:35 PM

But congress has the decision over whether or not we go to war or not. Sure he can deny that desicion but they can overrule it. Its congress' fault. And if clinton had done something about the first terrorist attack against us during his presidency then this war would be over by now.

Yes because it is Bush's decision on whether or not we go to war. And you think that you'd be any happier if 9/11 had happend and nothing came of it?

Bush responded to 9/11 with a failed attempt in Afghanistan, so something did become of that.

Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11....

IMAKFRIED - 2-7-2008 at 06:37 AM

But 9/11 led to iraq through Osama Bin Laden, Where we then found a country in deep need to overthrow the government, and we are helping out. And those 80,000 civilians dead, most of them were not killed by us. Car bombs, roadside bombs, suicide bombs..... They are killing themselves. We did i'm guessing maybe 20,000 of that and because they were armed and posed a threat. Do you not see that we are trying to get this country back in order? There are TONS of police training centers throughout Bahgdad, each teaching the iraqi people to defend themselves and create their own working law system so that we don't have to be there any longer once that is done.

YOu do realize that just because Afganistan is no longer in the news that doesn't mean that we aren't still over there right? Because it's not a failed attempt until some dumbass says "HEY bring all those troops home!" Instead of finishing the job.

SKG - 2-7-2008 at 03:52 PM

i'm still looking at this

I'm sorry but it's not like we are putting Bush on some HIGH altar saying he's the best president ever, but just not as bad as people make him out to be.

SKG - 2-8-2008 at 08:22 AM

he's not, but he's still a dumbass

beedun - 2-8-2008 at 10:43 AM

He should be sitting in a UN jail cell guilty of war crimes........

SKG - 2-8-2008 at 07:54 PM

so you're saying bush is one of the greatest presidents ever?

IMAKFRIED - 2-8-2008 at 08:39 PM

Alright now you're trying to make me mad.

That or you're really clueless about what we're talking about.

I'm not big into talking about politics...not my road.

SKG - 2-9-2008 at 06:33 AM

when talking about politics and you're a different party, it always ends in a fight.

And that's why in a world ruled by you everyone would have oppressed opinions and ideas.

and is said bush was NOT the best president ever. But if we bring our troops home now before we finish this, we leave that country worse off then it was before we got there and I'm sorry but that would make me feel like shit knowing that I did that. We might as well finish what we started so that way all those soilders that died over there didn't die in vain.

because that would help matters ? there's certainly a way of discussing without fighting

SKG - 2-9-2008 at 04:58 PM

we should leave iraq, no use trying to help a country that doesn't want help. their culture is really really old, and they're not about to change it cause we want them to.

IMAKFRIED - 2-9-2008 at 07:47 PM

There are a lot of them that wanna change it, there is just a problem with becoming a police officer over there. They believe that if you kill the man in the family, that you have to care for the family until they die. So there is big hesitation over shooting someone.

beedun - 2-10-2008 at 05:29 AM

First of all, who ever said I would want to rule the world? I would never want to do that,. Plus having one person rule the world through the means of some type of globalization would be a terrible thing for this planet.....

Second of all, as for discussing things without fighting - what our president did with Iraq, he went to fight, not talk.....

IMAKFRIED - 2-10-2008 at 08:47 PM

ok, ok, ok, this was just a sarcastic post. I have never been in a physical fight in all of my life nor have I hit anyone out of extreme anger. Bush supporters would reallly test me though, but regardless violence is never the answer, unless you are Bush :)
