DoktorJesus - 2-10-2008 at 04:57 PM

I'm so happy! I finally found a copy of Search and Destroy. I was up at Amoeba Records SF, and there it was in the Ima Robot section below the 8 or so used copies of MttM. :D

DoktorJesus - 2-11-2008 at 04:02 PM

Heh, yeah thats me. The CD cost $15 which is a lot for a used CD, but well worth it for Ima Robot, and sorry, but I'm definitely not selling it, if I find another though, I'll give it to you, just to share the love.

neckbeard - 2-11-2008 at 04:47 PM

I NEED ONE SO BAD

IMAKFRIED - 2-11-2008 at 06:58 PM

Burn me (Or e-mail me) a copy?

TurtleEnterprises - 2-11-2008 at 10:05 PM

i have 3 copies none for sale. 2 unopened. yay

IMAKFRIED - 2-12-2008 at 06:24 AM

Wow. What do you really need with 3. I can see why 2 but 3??? How much did you get them for?

Sarbear - 2-12-2008 at 06:46 AM

To just keep them for their own personal use. Even though there not opened. Robot Fans like most of us who don't have it would kill for one.

imarob2 - 2-12-2008 at 08:24 AM

not trying to state the obvious but they've been showing up on ebay for decent prices lately

Sarbear - 2-12-2008 at 08:55 AM

yes, that is true. If you look hard enough, you may turn over the perfect rock and find it.

corkey16 - 2-12-2008 at 02:57 PM

I just think it's funny that he took pictures of himself with the cd! :P

DoktorJesus - 2-12-2008 at 02:59 PM

It was out of egomania. :D

IMAKFRIED - 2-12-2008 at 03:37 PM

Sarbear - 2-12-2008 at 03:43 PM

I would if I had it.

JPG - 2-12-2008 at 03:47 PM

IMAKFRIED - 2-12-2008 at 03:48 PM

IMAKFRIED - 2-15-2008 at 07:06 AM

I found Mttm and Ima Robot EP in the Virgin megastore by my house.

neckbeard - 2-15-2008 at 07:41 AM

what EP?

IMAKFRIED - 2-15-2008 at 04:01 PM

The Self title album (Aka Ima Robot EP)

SKG - 2-15-2008 at 04:06 PM

that's the album smart guy.

IMAKFRIED - 2-15-2008 at 09:38 PM

I know, i'm clarifying it for him. Because he seemed confused when i said ima robot ep

DoktorJesus - 2-15-2008 at 10:57 PM

He's actually correcting you, because it's not an EP, it's an album, so its the "Ima Robot" Album.

Just to further clarify, EP stands for Extended Play, and is used to label a recording (CD or Vinyl) thats longer than a Single, but shorter then an Album. They're typically around 5-10 songs (for a CD). (According to wikipedia, 10-35 minutes).

(sorry, I'm a music nerd.)

IMAKFRIED - 2-16-2008 at 07:31 AM

Without nerds, we'd be undereducated. Thanks. I've also read that wikipedia but i thought THe self titled was an EP.

DoktorJesus - 2-16-2008 at 11:49 AM

No, it was definately an album. Aside from S+D, Ima Robot's EP's tend to be on the shorter side, because their albums tend to not be very long.

IMAKFRIED - 2-17-2008 at 08:07 AM

True true. Dynomite, Alive.....
