So random you're starting on a Wednesday! Brody starts Monday and I'm not too happy..The first bell rings at like 7:35!! When he's taking the bus, he has to be at his stop by 7:03!! This is way too early for me..

I remember that sick feeling in the tummy when school was starting back up..I don't wish that on anyone..Good luck!!

When I was in 4th and 5th grade I used to hate school so much that I would get worked up on nerves of having to go that I would get sick every morning. I hated it so much, Every morning waking up dreading to go to school. My parents would drop me off and I would cry and then get sick in the bathroom at school before school started, and I just sat in the back of the class room quietly. I had friends but I still hated it. I had the same feeling in 7th grade also but I didn't have friends then :( Now I have lots of friends and I'm happy. I'm looking forward to going to art school.

minimandy14 - 8-20-2008 at 07:34 AM

I wish Iwas going back to schoool. I need to go. Alas the only thing I have to look forward to/be nervous about is flying to Portland for training!

i dont miss school...but i do miss the young sluts..

neckbeard - 8-21-2008 at 09:44 PM

like it goes, a, b, a, b..it switches off.
4 classes a day, like 90 minute classes.
7:45 to 2:27.

but since i have open periods im in school 9:12 to 1:00

Sarbear - 8-22-2008 at 02:19 AM

That's pretty sweet.

We had 90 min periods with 4 classes a day, then 2 semesters a year so 8 classes a year total.

Sarbear - 8-22-2008 at 02:20 AM

ps. My senior year 5 of my 8 classes were art classes.

I am going to polish up some of my programming skills in the C# realm but I will be primarily focusing on Law Enforcement.

I have a decent computer background and have heavy interests and a certification Computer Forensics ~ which is the recovery, authentication, and investigation of electronic data. This is where I want my career to end up in.

Computer Forensics requires knowledge in computers and in law, hence the law enforcement education that I need. I have no desire to be a police officer but working for/with them in this field wouldn't be so bad. It's also some major experience if I ever want to run my own forensics business. In most states to work in this field you need a Private Investigator's license which is quite a bit of work to get.

Enjoy the school lunches and the mystery meat!

at the begging of the year id be a model student..id show up on time, do all the assigned work, and id never cheat!!!..a month in id sneak out to smoke behind the cafeteria dumpster..get an Asian kid to do my homework.and id forge absent slips!!!

i was a bad kid, but i tried...for about month

still got a diploma. god bless the public school system!!!

poobs - 8-23-2008 at 03:52 PM

I was a stoner but also a good student..Except on Wednesdays cuz we got to start school late and I would almost always get drunk..I wasn't very productive on those days..:( I remember my Senior year I knew I was pregnant within a month after school started so I worked like crazy to get my grades up really high cuz I knew I would be missing school..None of my teachers made me take finals since I had Brody about a month before we graduated and my grades were already really good..

SKG - 8-23-2008 at 06:59 PM

i'm a good student. last year i got all A's except in my science class. but that teacher was a bitch. everyone knows it. everyone i know either has amazing grades, or has horrible ones. it's really wierd.

poobs - 8-25-2008 at 08:59 AM

My baby started 7th grade today!! :( He's going to a new school and doesn't know anyone..I really hope he talks to a few people..This was one of the hardest 1st days for me..I had to hold back the tears..Ugh..I love that boy..

heh NERD!!

minimandy14 - 8-25-2008 at 01:28 PM

I was a bad student. I was smart as in a knew what I was doing but I never did any homework and I skipped most days so I like barely graduated, but the work I DID do was amazing. My senior year was full of Photography, Yearbook, Videography, and Broadcast. . . . can you guess what I wanted/ still kinda want to do?

Sarbear - 8-26-2008 at 04:33 AM

It's never to late to start.

I'm super lucky I figured out that it's never to late to start.

TurtleEnterprises - 8-26-2008 at 09:56 PM

poobs how did Brody do in school did he make friends?

poobs - 8-27-2008 at 04:47 AM

He's made a few, but none are like solid "let's hang out at breaks and lunch" friends yet..But he rides the bus with one so that should help things along..He actually had the guts to walk up to some kids at lunch and ask if he could sit with them! He's way more brave than I would have been at that age..And so far, he's loving 7th grade..He thinks it's cool to go from class to class..I wonder how long it'll take for that to wear off..;) The only thing that we both hate is this waking up at 5:30 bullshit..

TurtleEnterprises - 8-27-2008 at 09:08 PM

my brother was packing his backpage and getting his leadpencils and folder ready for school that starts in 2 weeks, that would have never been me back in the day i would have been all mad and not packed shit i always hated school till this day to i only liked going to flirt with boys.

poobs - 8-28-2008 at 06:35 AM
