alright, so. i've been friends with this family (the Wells family) for like 6 years now. and they are a really christian family and it's a big skate family too. the dad helps run KKSM (King of Kings Skate Ministries) and the skate teams; Reliance and Siren. both teams travel the world skating for crowds and preaching out of the bible
and i'm going on this tour for 2 months.

1st stop: George, Washington for the 2009 Creation Festival.
-it was very strange, mainly because i consider myself agnostic on the whole god/religion thing. but i try to conceal my beliefs because there are a lot of judgmental people out there. but if you ask me, i'll just tell you. so anyways. overall i had alot of fun.
a lot of really weird kids, and even weirder shirts. the straight pride shirts, the pro-life shirts and what not were all pissing me off. but whatever........
but yeah, we met a lot of cool people. and almost everyone there had a shirt that said "Free Hugs".......
the food there was ridiculously expensive. $8 for a burger. $5 for a coke.
but the creation festival gave everyone on the skate tour $70 in free food. so we didn't pay anything for food! AWESOME.
the bands were all basically... horrible. but i had fun!
we should be updating this regularly, right now i'm back in idaho.
and we leave for illinois soon!

yeah! so far it's awesome!
i'm pumped to go to the east coast...never been there.
i remember some of the states that we're going to like;
illinois, indiana, pennsylvania, maryland, michigan (or Minnesota..not sure), texas, georgia, alabama, Oklahoma, kentucky

i dont think so.
i think it was mainly the east coast.
they had a tour last year that went to california,
but i didnt go on that one sadly.

but uh.
i still am trying to move to california after this tour.
i need to get some money and what not.

i'm staying in cantrel, illinois.
i believe that's where it is.
i'll be here for like a week.
i really want to make that show in chicago,
but it's like a 4 hour drive apparently.

JPG and I are taking the train, but if we were to drive it would be about a 3 maybe 3 1/2 hour drive.

Where in IL are you? You should seriously take the train..I mean, this is your opportunity to see Edward Sharpe!!! And then you can just crash with Sarbear and JPG at their hotel..Share a bed with them..They won't mind.. ;)

i made a decision after tour to go to california just for one show.

spend all my money getting there to see them play live and then peace out.
