Interview Questions

If you were to interview Alex, what questions would you ask him?

Alternatively, would you have any specific questions to any one of the members of ESMZ, Ima Robot or Alexander or all of them as a whole?

What is a ‘Hot Shower Finger’?

I always thought it was a spoon you cooked your heroin on, but hey...maybe it's not that dark and deep???

I'd ask him why he sings about bread so much haha.

"Bullets and bread"
"butter on bread"

I would ask him the one question I always get too nervous to ask him when I see him at show: 'What [the fuck] does love mean to you? Throughout your musical career, love has been the only constant subject in your songs. How has the idea/concept of love changed for you as a person and how it is reflected in your song writing?'

No, but honestly, has anybody else noticed how repetitive that word is an almost all of his songs?

love or bread?

imarob2 - 4-1-2011 at 03:02 PM

my question would be, "would you please let me come work with you on your next video?"

Why you like love and bread so much Mr. Ebert?

My question would be for anything Alexander, Ima Robot, Edward Sharpe related. Will you pay me to take professional pictures of you on all your tours and then I can sell them to the newspapers and websites that want to publish stories about you.

 perfect. I would die if anyone ever asked him this seriously.

Well I'm a bit late to this party but I would ask him:

A) The songs about relationships - Is there any song that is composed of more than one time with a girl?

B) The songs about everything else - What big (or little) moments in life inspire songs like Evil Thoughts, Alive, The Beat Goes On or What Comes Tomorrow?
