.Net Facebook Page?

JPG - 8-19-2011 at 07:35 PM

???

Would you keep up with news better on facebook?
Maybe a way to recruit members from the Sharpies 300k fans?

Figure it could just be a place to repost info/links/downloads from here.

the following is a bunch of random thoughts:...

maybe we dont get any new posters because you dont find this place when searching for edward sharpe. Maybe we need a new name altogether? forwarding url's? (edwardsharpe.net/Alexebert.net) but i do really like imarobot.net. hmmm maybe we just need a cool new logo/banner to make me feel comfortable

Dynomite2140 - 8-23-2011 at 04:58 PM

Liked!

Where can I find you and Beard via Neck, JPG? Constant updates to the Facebook layout have caused me to be fruitless in finding/adding you guys...

If anything, I can U2U my name if either of you (or anybody here on .net) feels like finding me by hand.

dont worry

Well, to tell you the truth. I've been visiting this site for a few months now, and not posting. It isn't hard to find, I just think as a relatively new fan, it's somewhat difficult to get in the swing of things years after the band has been relevant.

I guess it's a lot to take in when you're THIS out of the loop and that's somewhat intimidating, haha. :)

Dynomite2140 - 8-26-2011 at 02:21 PM

Heh, I was the same way back when I first joined. Just be nice and don't spam and we'll love you forever :)

HyperactiveYouth - 8-26-2011 at 04:46 PM

Haha, well that's good to know. I may be a new fan, but I'm not short on absolute undying passionate fandom for them. I've never been so quickly enraptured by music before.

Funniest part is I had been listening to Edward Sharpe at work for almost a year beforehand, and had no idea what laid in store for me.

Same here, months and months of lurking. If you feel out of the loop just ask questions we all are bored here anyway.

Dynomite2140 - 8-26-2011 at 05:41 PM

I know how you feel. Alex and his original gangsters, or him and his friends and Jade all have a beautiful sound that's almost indescribable.

I'm still baffled to this day why the mushy minds of the world have yet to recognize them...

(Hell yes I could rant on how I love them  )

Yes, well no. I was just use to .25 posts per day before you started posting and then it was like 4 posts per day and then I couldent keep up with you. :sarcasm:

Dynomite2140 - 8-26-2011 at 06:03 PM

Yeah, well, even if I was spamming (which I wasn't), you and everybody here would let me cuz we all love eachother...I think

And let's not forget the fact that several of those posts were tabs...

I wasnt the only one who noticed this?!
Bright note on that is that now I don't log in for nothing, there's always at least one new post from Dynomite waiting for me.

And ya, I lurked here for about half a year until I just HAD to get a word in. It's really easy to become a part of the dot family once you log in; they're very accepting.

Dynomite2140 - 8-26-2011 at 06:30 PM

(@HyperactiveYouth and JPG) See? I'm loved. *sticks tongue out at JPG*
(@MESInc.) Thanks...I guess?
