cartman's mom doesn't sound like she needs damiana...but for those who are curious...no it's not illegal as far as I know...it shows up now and again in some herbal supplements and these kinds of 'drinks' (saw one like sobe ripoff in SF called 'sexual energy' now and again...it's basically a natural aphrodisiac that induces a very..."devil may care", waywardly soothing sensation...like ..."do you wanna do the dishes...oh suuuure...do you wanna get punched in the nose...mmm' why not...do you wanna me to take off your pants?...ohhhh, why not...sounds like fun ...kinda spaces you out, ...you aren't really objective to anything...
