Damn Robotic! I'm glad you and your Mom are ok. I hate drivers like that. It sounds almost like the accident I had way back when in 1993...almost the same circumstances, but my car was totalled. I wasn't, but had to go to rehibilitation for my right arm and shoulder.....then, get this...it's my insurance company and their doctor who sent me there and when I sued the stupid girl who hit me, they (her insurance company) didn't want to pay for my medical bills. But, at the hearing ( which wasn't til a year later) the judge awarded me what the medical was worth times 3, so I got a chunck and so (of course) did my lawyer. It helped pay for things on my trip to England that year. Luckily I got the check a week before I left....:D....man, I need to win the lottery so I can get back there.....

Ah, I'm so glad you survived that accident in 93' and that's friggin' cool that you got your $money$ back X's 3.
I haven't even gotten over the car accident I was in when I was like 7 we got hit by a drunk driver my mom had just told me like a block before or so to get back into my regular seat (i was fooling around by sitting in my brother's car seat) so as I'm finally going back to my regular seat we get hit and I, not having a belt on and all, made it very easy for me to get thrown/jerked completly towards the other side of the car. So to make a long story short I ended up smacking my head on that middle plastic divider part where the doors meet, I cracked that and a piece of the plastic sliced the skin on my head (by the hairline) and the plastic piece was like there on my freakin' head. It's so hard to get over car accidents, I swear sometimes I get so tensed up when I'm in a car I end up with an achy body after getting out.
Oh and Poobs you know what the REALLY shitty part is about the whole accident?
My dad is in charge of insurance, he takes care of his own and my mom's but he decided he was "THEE ALMIGHTY JOSEPH" and he could pay whenever he was in the mood to, so the insurance payment was way fucking late and it was cancelled!!!!Like 3 days before the day of the accident, there was no longer insurance on the car. Basically, we can't do SHIT! I'm so upset/pissed that my dad didn't pay the insurance on the car when it was due, out of sheer lazyness, and not letting us know that the car wasn't insured. Geez my mom could've freakin' killed my dad, she was like eating him up with her eyes.
I think I have every right to call him a jackass, uh....behind his back that is.
