so i was walking up this mountain
with two umbrellas in both of my eyes
i got to her
she’s standing on the top there
she’s got a gigantic tear
that’s been building up for years
on her cheek
and it’s dehydrated all of her body
and her skin is withering, shivering
the wind is picking up
and i scream “i love you”
as i see her, but the wind
picks up every letter, every sylable
and scatters into the ocean
“but i love you”
and again
my letters and syllabels were snatched from my lips and sling shot round the edge of this cliff
and i watched
i went to the edge
and saw that the words came splashing down on the
barely visible ground below
and then i thought to myself “shit”
it’s a sign
and i’ve been back into following signs and so
i thought, “i’m gonna jump” fuck it
so i turned to her
i said goodbye
i’m not suicidal, i just wanna fly
and so i
i stepped my foot right off that cliff
and started feeling the wind as i’m fallin on my face
and through my fingers, and through my hair
and on my crouch, and round my ass
and I’m fallin and then suddenly those umbrellas come flyin outta my eyes
like they were caught by the air or somethin
and suddenly I can see
the ground getting closer
and i’m fallin
and i’m fallin
and i’m fallin
and suddenly
i’m standin on solid ground again
(laugh)
that’s what happens when you jump

this ones really great. i love it.

The Story behind this is I have a friend named Patty who has a crazy mind and does these super stylized drawings and sketches all the time. Well this song means a lot to me and so does Patty. So I had him Listen to the song and draw what he heard. This is what he came up with.
