So, it's been awhile. I was losing hope in Ima ever returning. I've noticed the ES stuff basically taking over and kind of gave up. So I decided to visit the good old forum to see what was up. But I'm still confused. Can anyone fill me in as to what's going on with IMA? I do read their myspace etc.. But this is the place to get the real info. Some of you may or may not remember me.. but yeah. It's totally been awhile.

yes neckbeard somehow got the lyrics for the first (maybe) "single," whatever that means these days. lets say LEADoff HITTER. that one is called GANGSTER. theres another song about a money-dance that will feature an actual dance move which we will teach you. Yet another song is about VICTORY, and still another is about LOVE- how we can PASS IT ON so that it multiplies..... and how we can DO IT TOGETHER. in PERU. well, life is short so why doesnt everyone just come along and sail with me on this vast verbal veneration/vindication/valedictation-vessel that is said new album? cool?

We'd be some of the best test audiences for it in any case.

I think they are all too busy producing other bands or being in other bands.

The old business model was release and tour to support. So, if you're not going to tour to support the release how do you maximize the benefit of having it out there?

I was wondering the same about Jesus. But he's always evolving. I don't see him staying Jesus for very long. I do love the ES stuff don't get me wrong.. I just really miss Ima. I had some of the best live music/show experiences with them. I was hoping for some more solid info, but I guess I AM up to speed.

Poobies, Elblue and I have put in our moneys worth about the Clean Shaven Alex. What ever happens happens at this point. He's been from one end of the spectrum to the other, Crazy Designs shaved in sides of his head, to Jesus. What's the happy medium? Crazy beard with designs shaved into his cheeks?

I dont really know, i got to see Andy at the Minneapolis show, and then he just disappeared from the site.

im hoping the best for ES on their tour, but I think id still rather see Ima touring again. Who knows? He could reinvent himself all over again, in a hypercolor tshirt and Ray-Bans or something

I went to 2 shows and Alex would never be specific. Just said, one CD w/ the new stuff that is out already. Then another full album. All once ES&MZ touring is done with.

he told me there would be one album wih stuff we probably allready know, and he wants to get together again w. the band and work on something new.
