Yes..Day 1 sounds great, but I can't pass up the Flaming Lips and the Pixies again..I've also been wanting to see Polyphonic Spree really badly..I talk like I'm actually going..Geez..I'm sure I'll miss out again..

Day one...hands down...listen to the pixies at home, go see the flaming lips by themselves...

i want to go really bad, id kill to see le tigre, modest mouse, wilco, and the flaming lips. $50 isnt bad either compared to what coachella cost

Yeah..But Coachella is an awesome venue with reasonable food and drink prices and stuff..Plus, there's so much more going on..I don't know..We'll have to see if I can scrape up the moolah to go..:duh:

Oh gawd i hate the coors amp worse fucking parking ever... be prepared to be stuck in that parking lot for at least an hour after the show...

I KNOW I HATE COORS, and you have to sit and look at the watter park right next to you, really sucks for fests when your hot as heck, ha ha...

I don't get why it says it's "General Admission" if there seats? Do they take out all the seats? .... I'm confused...

no, no seats, they have them, but I don't think they will use them. I think they will just make a bunch of lot stages like they will at WARPED... they won't use the main stage at all I bet, maybe for beer gardens and thats it.
but I bet they will just have stages set up in the lot..

I went to coors to a fest one year and they did use the main stage and they had seats and you would go to the side stages and stand..... but if it say general, I don't think this will be like that...

A LOT of walking in the HOT SUN, then a LOT of standing in the HOT sun....and unless your ready to pay a LOT no food and whater... plus you'll have to stand in the backish part because San Diego crowds suck and I bet they will be real @$$ haeds....
I would vote a no unless she's at least 16ish, but I take my 14 year old sister to all kids of shows and she lives, but she's gone to many now and knows what she's in for. So I guess it's up to the fact of if your sister can put up with the cruddyness of it...

I hated the San diego crowd i went to the Anger Management tour there and the guys were so fucking disgusting grabbing all the girls some guy grabbed me down, well you know where... yuck.....
She's 16 but super tiny...So i don't think we'll be in attendance

yeah, san deigo is crushed by drunk college kids, and 30 year olds who act like drunk college kids, and 40 year olds that act like drunk college kids... and so on..... yuck
and they never shoe respect to a new band, they have to be told it's cool first, I've gone to so many concerts where to band that opened was unreated to or hated, I would one of the very few who even give them a chance.....
well to not go on and on, I hate San diego crowds, but I have seen worse.......

and I put up with it for good music, you know how to deal with it and ignore it after a while, ha ha

I was so excited about Lolla! Man, I was planning on going to both days and then the fuckers cancel it. There were so many killer bands I wanted to see. Morrissey, The Von Bondies, The Fire Theft, Flaming Lips, Modest Mouse...basically everyone on the bill.

I wonder why SD crowds are such dicks, seriously i agree with Happy. I went to a show out there and all the guys were trying to grab on the girls coochies which was pretty sick.
