Yeah! Today is "CURIOSA"~

I'm making some brownies for the show today....yes, of course I made some kb brownies! I'll be leaving for the show shortly and it's a gorgeous 75 degrees today! Yipppeee! Thanks Poobs and Happy! I made a kick-ass Bauhaus dress to wear to the show! So, hopefully it's sewn weell enough and won't fall off of me today.....that would suck...but after a brownie it won't matter! yahyahahahaha!!!!The Cure!

The Curiosa show was awesome (as expected)! I was busy yesterday and couldn't get back on here...but man, what a show! Ate the old brownie right before going into the gates....didn't kick in til like an hour or so later...then I was a happy camper!

We arrived there right as the first band went on the side stage...not sure who they were...Head Automatica (maybe?)....drank a couple $10/a cup beers....bathroom lines suck! Please tell me why they only have 3 stalls on the left side of the stage for the ladies...what tha freak man?
Mogwai was cool but all instrumental....our seats were great! The Rapture was cool too. Missed Auf der Mar's set waiting in the bathroom line again....didn't bother me much...

Ahhhh! Then Interpol went on! Yes! they were fantastic...better then I thought they'd be...and the guitarist has a sweet vintage guitar! They sounded great, they opened with "Obstacle 1" and everyone ran into the pavillion to see them....then I guess they played like a 35 minute set....I'd love to see them in a club type setting! I love their black suit attire! Very hot!
Muse went on the side stage after Interpol.....they sounded good...a little moody, but sounded good.

Then! Yes! The Cure went on at 9:15! Oh....how I love the Cure! They played an almost 2 hour set including lots of their oldies such as "Boys don't cry" and "Lovecats"....thier were mostly older people there like myself, and the pit was full of 40+ year olds...pretty cool die-hard fans!

oh Robert, I know you're old and chubby, but you are so hot! Let me say this: The Cure is probably the best sounding live band you'll ever here....quality stuff! If anyone has tix to the show you won't be disappointed.......

Awww..You missed Head Automatica? They're so good..But it sounds like you had fun! Thanks for the report! :D

Ah huh, heres the report... i was wondering how it was. Bathroom lines suck i rather hold my peepee... hahaa

yeah..
believe me I tried to hold my pee-pee........I could hear Head Automatica but could only see them from a side angle.....


Ahhhh.....it was a good show.....
