i can't change my avatar. it just keeps coming up with an error. anyone else having a problem?

it's weird...sometimes when you have a picture that's too big it will do that. You can use something out of one of your saved folders on your computer......try that. Make sure the photo is down sized. If you try to use a picture that's hosted on another site I don't think you can use it as an avatar on here....save the photo on your computer, then try to upload your avatar photo...it might work....
