welll, sort of. remember the pigeons that have been breeding on our balcony for like 3 months? didn´t think it would work out and i saw a broken egg shell next to the cardboard they´re in and when i looked inside to check yesterday there was a little something in there !!! god, it´s far from being sweet with a huge beak compared to the rest of its body ...rather looking like a vulture then a pigeon and with weird yellow fluff on its body ...... but still awwww. we named him Conrad (my bf´s idea
...two eggs still in there so maybe he´ll get support soon.

i hope that isnt your hand on the picture, cause isnt it so that when young animals are touched by people the parents will thin they smell funny and neglect them so that they die?

or the mother doesn't come back to the nest because she smells another person on the baby not knowing where it's hers or not.

Sorry. It was really cute, though. I fed it and kept it as a pet for about a month, or so. Then my ma decided we should send it to this lady who had a buttload of birds and would supposedly take care of it better. Yeah, it died the next day. Pffft. Damn it. Now I'm sad too.

if the parents dont come back, birds arent that hard to take care of. i'd prolly treat it like a chicken and get it, um, chicken feed, water and a heat lamp. thats how we raised our chicks. good luck with the little ones!

Soak some bread in warm water, then feed it to the little dear. Works like a charm.
