It's quite easy. All you need is Photoshop Animation Studio and/or Flash programs on your computer. I use to be an expert to all of that back in
my Web Design days.

You can also do it in Adobe Imageready. I always make sequenecs into gifs using image ready, although it sucks for anything else. Heres one from a
competition I shot at a week ago, its a crappy shot(started too early, messed up exposure, etc...)
