Why is it that you feel the after-effects of a fall the next day and not at that moment?? I slipped in the shower yesterday ( ) and was surprised that I didn't really ache..But oi..Today my back and bootie is a mess..:duh:

But a while back, when I was in high school, my friend and I were walking into the entrance of the school and the carpet was sort of lifted. Neither of us noticed this until my friend tripped fell on her knees and then went all the way down. I just looked at her like "oh shit!" and then I asked her if she was okay, she just looked at me with this weird face and and nodded her head. Then an hour later we were laughing our asses off.

I can relate. A day of mountain biking in whistler (or snowboarding for that matter) or a day in the water surfing and you are stiff as a board the next day and that’s if you don't take a big hit (which always happens). The worst is the dreaded whistler death grip(if any of you have ever mountain biked in Whistler you know what I am talking about)

I fell off a skateboard a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't that bad, though. Watching people fall is seriously one of the funniest things to see. I love that shiz.

Dude..The first time I went snowboarding I had to stand in the shower with the hot water hitting my bootie for like 20 minutes..It was frozen!! The next day wasn't very much fun either.. I remember most of the pain in my abdominals..Ooff..
