Happy New Year! Hugs all 'round!
Hi there!
I hope everyone had a nice holiday.
Just want to say howdy to all my motherf*0&^rs out there in the 2004....I'm pumped up for the new year! Can't wait to see many of you
out there for our West Coast tour, which we're very excited about. After the Raveonettes tour (which was COMPLETELY epic, by the way - what a
great band to tour with), I got home and had a flu that basically erased my entire holiday. But that's life, and I'm 90% now anyway, so
whatever - anyway, looking forward to playing. Let me assure you that we will be out and about for a TREMENDOUS amount of touring over the next
several months...whatever that means to y'all, but speaking very selfishly, it means meeting even more people and hopefully turning a lot more
minds on to our music. (And pushing gazillions of units so I can floss in that fresh new Escalade I've been fiending for). :o
One more thing: allow me to be vain and immodest for a minute and let you know that there's a little article & photo about yours truly in
the new Bass Guitar magazine (the one with the guy from Phish on the cover) as well as the upcoming Feb issue of Bass Player too, which will probably
come out in the 3rd week of January. It may seem a little cheesy, but speaking strictly as a bass player (and one who has been around as long as
I), these articles are a real honor for me.
Anyway, let's party. I want to wish everyone out there a very prosperous, creative, peaceful 2004. Tally 'ho! Hugs all 'round.
All the best,
JMJ

Yeah! Lot's of touring in 04! Can't wait, and hopefully they'll be back around here again! I spoke with my friend Char yesterday (who
went to the Bot show with me) and she asked if Ima Robot was coming back around. I think she had a good time in December. So, you now have another
fan!
Happy an prosperous New Year to you Justin, and the rest of the grooviest band ever! Good luck on your upcoming tour! Spread the word and have a
blast!!!!:D
