Has anyone gotten a chance to see the BBC show The Office. I think that this is the funniest thing on television at the moment. It won for best comedy on the golden globes and nobody expected it. If you guys could you should take a look at it. BILL MURRAY WON FOR BEST ACTOR IN A COMEDY!!!!

I was wondering about that show...We have BBC America too and I watch Black Adder sometimes. I use to love the old Benny Hill Shows too. Something about the dry humor of the Brits is awesome! (I guess because my heritage extends over there.) I love the old Robin Hood episodes with Michael Praed! Does anyone else know who he is? He has to be the most gorgeous man that has ever lived....I'll try and find a photo on the net. I bought a Robin Hood shirt in Glastonbury when I was in England and he's on it---yah, I'm a geek.

I totally love that show. Right now, I don't have BBC, but I used to when I lived in Redlands. I watched that show, and was laughing so hard, but I tried to tape it, and let some friends check it out, and they didn't catch on like I did. Can't wait to catch up on some episodes.

Yea I watched it a few times too when I was home in Redlands. Very funny. Very British!

I got excited for a second last night, because I was watching Adult Swim, and something flashed up showing a schedule featuring The Office, Ali G, and Curb Your Enthusiasm, so I thought maybe they were getting a new line-up, but I must've had one beer too many, because I see nothing resembling that anywhere on their site, but I did find the Office website which had this funny gallery of "Brentalikes":

The show is amazing. I think that all of us has had a boss that thought he was one of the gang, but everyone hated him cause he tried to hard to be the "cool boss". My boss at Starbucks was like that and we hated it cause we messed around in the store, bt we could not do that type of thing in front of him.
I also LOVE brit humor...Its funnier than the nice sweet stuff on tv now a days. Have any of you seen Coupling? They tried to Americanize it, and it bombed horribly. That goes to show you that only brits can dirty humor and get away with it.
I also LOVE Absolutely Fabulous. I love that show, they are showing new episodes on the Oxygen channel (the only time you will catch me watching that horrible channel, except the Sunday Night Sex Show )

No, i think they show that on Showtime or something...a pay to veiw channel. BBC America runs British shows like Black Adder, The Office, etc. It's a great channel, we get it on satellite TV. I find myself watching it.

OMG Sevenblur, I caught that Extreme Elimination show on Spike TV and could not stop laughing.....I love how they keep replaying them falling on their face or getting bombarded with boulders---it's a riot!
