ok, im having a mental block right now so maybe someone can offer some help with this.
i use mp3 files as ringtones on my phone, but wm6 limits the file size you can do this at 300k. so i want to re-encode my files at a lower bitrate, but i cant seem to find a program to do this (that i can figure out.) anyone have any suggestions? p.s. im on a mac.
