Hey does anyone have any weird things that are a "must" before going to bed or just "rituals"?
My ritual/must is to watch any of the following movies(even if i'm not going to watch them, just as long as they're playing in the background); Shrek, Fight Club, Rocky Horror or any Adam Sandler. use my Afrin nasal spray and light up a scented candle. what a goon

I used to have to turn on "News Radio" at 1am when it would come on I think on UPN, and then when they took that off the air it became "Red Dwarf" on Sci Fi. Laughing before bed does help with catching ZZZzzzs... And I had to make sure my cat was in the room otherwise it would be non-stop meows just before I hit R.E.M....waking up then is just uGLy.

I listen to the first half of Loveline almost every night.

I have to turn the tv on in my bedroom, usually Sci-Fi or Fox News, get clothes ready for the next day, brush my teeth, rub my dogs little belly, turn the tv off when I get sleepy. I can't sleep with the tv on....I need silence...I'm weird like that.

I used to always need my fan on, but since my room turns into an icebox at night (i can't sleep with the heater on..too hot!), I've learned to sleep without it in silence..I always read before going to bed..It doesn't usually make me tired, but it helps me wind down..I panic if I don't have a book to read..:o:o And it has to be DARK in my room..I slept with the door open a smidge last night cuz Brody wasn't feeling well and I wanted to be sure I heard him if he was calling for me..His nightlight kept me up half the night..

Yeah, I know what you mean about the light....I need complete darkness and silence! I like to read sometimes before I go to bed as well. It definitely helps you wind down......

Everynite my boyfriend tucks me in , and makes sure my pajama pants are touching my feet cause after moving around they start to go up to my ankles hehe...then he kisses me and leaves. Then I get up after being tucked in ,but shhh don't tell him and play game cube, oh yea and theres no way i'll sleep in total darkness

I plug in my sisters cell phone charger for her and then i go to bed
