Bought The Rakes a few days ago and have listened to the entire thing through at least 6 times...they remind me of A Certain Ratio, and the mix has the hi-hat WAY up front, very nice. "Retreat" is probably my favorite so far.

IIIIIIIIIIIIIII should go buy that cd.

I have seen this band a few times and they are quality. Really great album. My fave song off it at the moment is Terror (and Open Book)

OH OH, I FINALLY got The Bravery! WOO HOO, good cd. My favorite song is Swollen Summer and Tyrant.

I sort of want to get The New Pornographers' and Sleater-Kinney's CD. And also the Neutral Milk Hotel CD. And maybe Kanye West too.

I got . . .and out come the wolves, AGAIN! My old cd was scratched and it's such a damn good album that I had to buy it again!

Their cd isn't very new, but I've been listening to World Leader Pretend a lot lately. Pretty laid back myoozak.. It's more or less perfect to fall asleep to.
