Since I've managed to blag my way into the promotions department at
JANE, I have become a reformed magazine reader and have a newfound
belief that there is a women's magazine worth reading. Back over the
pond I would have been more likely to buy NME (Brit music mag), but
I'm a JANE gal now.

So once I stepped off the plane at Newark airport, my mission has been
to see as much live music as possible. From the Rapture to the
Ravonettes...(BTW-Iam Robot stole the show, jumping and shaking around
the stage, whilst the Ravonettes might as well have been cardboard
cutouts with their album playing in the background. They did not do
Denmark proud!) ...to the Killers, the Thrills and of course the queen
of cool, Karen O, with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs-and don't worry, they've
still got it.
