So I'm hanging out with my little sister and her b-friend last weekend, telling them how great this band The Flaming Sideburns is and how they played on the same night as Ima Robot and The Electric Six (who I am going to see tomorrow night here in Mpls), when Capp Dogg (her boyfriend) announces that the post-doc in his lab is the guitarist for the Flaming Sideburns. Suddenly it all comes together, they had previously mentioned a Finnish guy in their lab who played music that sounded like The Hives, blah blah blah.

It was a weird thing.
