i dont know if anyone has talked about/noticed this, but in the beginning of the moomba #2 song that just popped up recently, i hear alex say
"we're going to play a song called (Boy?) and then we're outta here"

what does anyone else hear?

I have tried multiple times to listen to that on repeat, and just that section with head phones with out through computer through ihome... I can not figure it out either.

The first "Moomba track" should not be titled Moomba because its from Club Dragonfly

I would have to imagine it will be Edward Sharpe. However, surprised that there wasn't more support or isn't more entrepreneurial spirit to bring something out already.

So when Ima Robot were under Virgin still were they going to record a new album with them then decided not to and broke free? There for would they not be able to use those recordings they did with them? So could they re-record the same song or would they have to come up with all new songs in general.

When they were recording MTTM, they churned out 100's of demos that were created in the studio during the recording of MTTM; Virgin was paying for that studio time. Given that, I think Virgin has some control over those demos. Given, that those demos would have been the easiest way to dump a new album...thus the hold up.

As ESTMZ are unsigned it might be that we see that sooner.
