and the Lame MP3 encoder version: 3.97

and when you export stuff.
click on options and then you can change the bit rate.



i just learned of this recently.
all my older stuff is 128 kbps and crappy stuff.
and then sometimes i put it iTunes and then convert it there again, just to make it better possibly????cause iTunes is the best!

yeah this crazy hacker guy i know taught me this but its so easy. i just need to take the time to figure out how to convert video files from .flv into something more playback friendly...
