Keith Kenniff is a Portland-based ambient indie electronic artist who works under the monikers Helios and Goldmund. He is also half of the shoegaze band Mint Julep, and children's band Meadows along with his wife Hollie Kenniff.

I have found myself listening to a ton of ambient music lately. I dont know much about the genre which is why I randomly download bands and try out their music and see if it fits me. With school and everything going on this kind of music really helps me concentrate rather than listening to the more than fun/get into it music like Ima or Edward that would often distract me into doing something else. Also keeps me feeling stress-free. This album by Helios is one of those that has really stuck to me, even the cover art gets my imagination going.
