No worries..I just thought I'd point it out..

You have to listen to way more than just those two songs to get what he's all about..A sampling from each record might help..

well i didnt know any songs but losers before then so i didnt even know what kind of music he made, therefor i downloaded the songs

but if you know where to find such a sampling, ill be happy to listen

Just get Odelay or Guero and turn it up and have a good time and you'll see why we're fans.

agreed, "guero" is definately not a Beck album to start with ...if you wanna get into him, listen to the discography chronically ...

i love the "debra" version where he talks on Julia Roberts in the bridge.......and giving a body-body massage ---couldn´t find it online though....

I love the end when he says "I'm a full grown man and I'm not a..afraid to.." It's all sexy-like..

I thought he said at the begining, "I co-stepped to you" which means like walking up to a girl to talk to her knowing you look good and that she wants you. (new word for today..Co-step) and also at the end he says...I'm a full grown man and i'm not afraid to cry" like in sexlaws. Correct me please if i'm wrong.

You should have bought the deluxe version..

got the deluxe yesterday. but now i wonder which CDR i´ve been sent like 6 weeks ago .....it doesn´t have "broken drum" nor "farewell ride" on it or the remixes .....BUT "Chain reaction", "send a message to her" and the rest of the "normal" album. weird. wasn´t the leaked stuff though.....and i noticed he played "farewell ride" at an Oxford gig a couple of years ago...been reading the credits and wee, "e-pro" was co-written by the beastie boys. btw. half of the tracks on "guero" were co-written by someone else....

oh, i do have all the remixes and bonus. i'm so stupid. i didn't know they were on here.

I just heard one song yesterday for the first time while riding in the back of one of these. Damn, wish I had the turbo model. Oh yeah, and the song was "hot" too. :D

so much in love with "scarecrow", "go it alone" and "clap hands". particularly the last one. the more one listens, the more "guero" turns out to be a grand versatile album.

Speaking of jette's, I seen a black jette today with a California tag were in live in Georigia. Thought It was funny so I turn up the Black Jette's song and parked by her and she just laughed. She told me that Black Jette's (the song)is so popular were she lives and that's why she bought one. coool!!:cool2:

I like Still Missing a lot..But the Girl remix is really good too..I know it's not a remix, but I can't help listening to Clap Hands at least twice a day..I've spent all my money on those World Cup tix..I need Beck to hold off on his tour until I can save up again!!

further european tour dates announced on beck.com ....i´m so pissed. i have oral examinations coming up on either the 27th or 28th of june and as lucky as i am he´s gonna be in Germany RIGHT THEN alas not coming to munich so i´d have go up to hamburg, berlin whereever AND COULDN`T !!! gee, someone wish me luck.

I wish he would come to Atlanta. Dammit!! I missed Garbage yesterday.

German dates announced ....he´ll be in Munich on the 19th of June, a Sunday. brill ...they charge 35 euro...that´s mad, last time i saw him for like 25 and that´s been too much. not that he´d not be worth it but it´s just silly claiming that much...i saw george clinton and iggy pop for less.

OF COURSE. i´m still hoping for backstage passes. i´ll be standing in the first row with my silly bbs tshirt on...and dance like randy bread during "clap hands"

there will be a larger US tour...don´t worry. just regulate.
