If you are on a Mac, use VisualHub to convert .flv to any other video format you wish.

i don't have audacity anymore

start playing the song, and the little icon will start moving and be in color. click on it and the file name will be in a pop up menu. select it and then ur download window should start gettin it. when i do it, the progress usually gets stuck on 'starting' i have to hit 'cancel' and then 'retry' for it to do its thing.

For Mac; WireTap Pro works great. Just start the stream you want to play, hit record and start playing. As soon as there's music coming out of your computers speaker WireTap Pro jumps in a records it to a .mp3.

For other files that aren't audio based (YouTube, Flash, Protected Images, etc.) Safari rules as all you have to do is got to Window, Activity, History and anything that is in the browsers history can be downloaded to your desktop with a simple double click.
